求めるものの絵を繰りかえし見ていると、心身に張りが、燃える欲求ができる。それが今のあなたがいる場所とたどり着きたい場所をつなぐ。するとご覧あれ、その張りこそが、求めるものに向かってあなたが起こす行動の踏切り板になるんだ。そしてより早く、あなたは未来像を切り開いて、勝利を実感する。

Your vision board is a critical part of your success toolkit. A picture paints a thousand words, and the images of what you want - on a poster board, in a scrapbook, on PowerPoint slides - remind you, and motivate you, every day.

When you review the images of what you want, you create tension - the tension, or burning desire, to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. And voila, that tension is a springboard for you to take action, to go after what you want. And sooner than later, you open your vision board, and recognize your victory, and more.
