なんで、これほど多くの人たちが自分の素晴らしい天賦や才能を解放して認めようとすることを避けたり怖がったりするんだろう？ 自信がないからだろうか？ 欲求がないからだろうか？ それとも、現状から飛びだして不安になることを受けいれたくないからだろうか？
私には、その問いへの完全な答えでていない。直感として感じるだけだ。でも、あなたが持っている能力や吸収力は、天から与えられたものであると信じている。あなた自身と、ほかの人々のために使われるために与えられたものだってね。
今週、時間を作って考えてみよう。持っているその才能で、あなたが今以上のなにができるかを認識、理解しようとしてみよう。自分がどれだけ高く翔べるかを、考えてみよう。自分が、もっている能力を伸ばして最大限に使っているか、それを止めてはいないか、考えてみよう。そして、それを解消するために今ある計画をどう変えようかを考えよう。

Why are so many people unwilling or fearful to uncover and explore the wonderful gifts and talents they possess? Is it because they lack confidence? Or lack desire? Or are they reluctant to get outside of their status quo and become uncomfortable?
I don't have complete answers - just hunches. But I do believe that the capabilities and capacities you have are gifts - gifts to be used to benefit yourself and others.
This week, take the time to think; to understand and appreciate what more you can do with your talents - how high you can soar. Take the time to understand if you are holding back from cultivating and using the full extent of your capabilities. And then take the time to plan changes and do something about it.
